Sadly this clinic is over. I could type a laundry list of things that have happened here… From a new nurse stabbing my son twice with a shot while he screamed in terror because he has sensory problems, which they know and yet they didn’t care to give him a qualified nurse; the constant canceling of appointments because doctors keep quitting; the consistent hour long wait time past your appointment time; the wait for prescriptions; that is just the tip of the iceberg. I have been a patient since Bob, the original practitioner. I have been a devoted client of this clinic for nearly 10 years. They’ve seen all my children and me during this time. This was our family clinic for nearly 6 years because Bob was that wonderful. But This clinic has gone downhill fast after Bob left. It is such a shame. I used to recommend this clinic to people, and now I never would. After my last appointment (that I’ve waited two months for) was just canceled the day before the appointment because the new doctor I was set up to see ( which would be the second new doctor this year) decided to quit last Friday without notice, I will not be returning to the clinic. I truly recommend Arlene from my first visit in January 2025 to now. She has generally taken great care of my medical and sincerely cares for her patience. for once I found a Doctor Who truly cares and understands and listens And gives great recommendation. Arlene has made such a big difference in my medical care. Arlene takes her time with you and answers all questions before your visit is done. Arlene thank you so much 😊

I have been a patient at FKC for 11 plus years and my care has ALWAYS been above and beyond. From Bob and Maddie, to Shawna, and now the SUPER AMAZING ARLENE GRIFFITH. I truly hope that the staffing issues get addressed soon as well as they maintain the current providers. When you deal with chronic hard to manage health issues finding a provider to be with for the long haul is super important. Unfortunately I do not feel that security here anymore. It is hard to get appointments, I feel rushed through my appointment. I understand there is a shortage but I also feel a high turnover speaks volumes about the management and how they take care of their staff. Hoping for the best for Family Care of Kent but feeling really uncomfortable about the turnover and lack of COMPLETE care. I will be sending a letter to the current decision makers to voice some other concerns also.

I cannot recommend Dr. Arlene enough! From the moment I walked into her office, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, thoroughly explaining each step of my treatment plan. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach made me feel truly heard and supported. Dr. Arlene is incredibly thorough, ensuring that all of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable and confident in my care.
